I had been an investment manager for 12 years when I decided to take the monumental step to change career and follow my dreams. Learning from the very best at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I set about changing the lives of many clients through training and nutritional management. However, the one underlying issue I found was how difficult the whole process was - dealing with cash, texts, emails to book sessions and so forth.

I have spent the last year working with developers to create a system - making all of this easier for clients and trainers - to facilitate bookings and payments online. This website is the end result and the feedback we have had has been fantastic. Never one to rest on my laurels, though, I welcome customers comments - so please get in touch (even if it is just to tell us just how great we are)!
